Applications

FuelSave serves a wide range of manufacturing industries, wherever the conservation of fuel/heat during the manufacturing process is a serious concern.
Some of the common areas of FuelSave application are:

Steel Manufacturing

The high temperature environments found in the steel production industry provide numerous applications for FuelSave allow these industrial processes to maximise their output while decreasing their fuel consumption.

Steel Manufacturing applications include: Reheating Furnaces, Annealing Furnaces, and Pellet Plants, etc. Past application experiences have shown energy saving as high as 15%. FuelSave can also be applied to increase life of a refractory there by reducing downtime considerably.

Tiles & Ceramics

FuelSave can be used in various types of multipurpose Tunnel/Roller Kilns in ceramic industry in both intermittent and continuous kilns.

Savings in intermittent kilns is assured around 7 to 15% and savings in continuous kilns operating 24 hours/day is assured almost 5%.

Petroleum & Chemicals

FuelSave is useful in Petroleum & Chemical industries in the process heaters, thermal cracking units reformers etc.

FuelSave other than saving fuel also reduces the harmful effects of various chemicals on the various surfaces of tanks, reactors etc. Savings of 5% of fuel besides reduction in corrosive effects of various chemicals and processes on the surface can be achieved.

Thermal Power

Biomass/Coal Boilers, Natural Gas Boilers, Heat Recovery, Steam Generators and Burners in Power Plants can use FuelSave too.

Types of fuels injected in such boilers vary in their quality & ingredients depending on availability & situations. Applying FuelSave without disturbing the fuel quantity & quality will result in reduction in fuel consumption & substantially increased refractory life, thereby reducing downtime too.
